Short description : City apartment located in the northern part of the center of the city of Malaga. The apartment is located a few meters from the Santuario de la Victoria and the University. The apartment is modern and is surrounded by everything you need: banks, pharmacies, supermarkets and many restaurants. It is just 7 minutes walk from the Plaza de la Merced, the square from the birthplace of Picasso is. Just a stone's throw of this is the Roman Theatre, the Alcazaba, the Cervantes Theatre, the Picasso Museum and the lively nightlife of the capital of the Costa del Sol. The beaches of the city of Malaga is 10 minutes.
In the apartment you have wireless internet acces, air conditioning, a roof terrace, washing machine and there is private parking space available. In the complex there is an elevator.
Malaga is the birthplace of Pablo Picasso and is the tourism capital of the Costa del Sol. You can visit the house where Picasso was born and the Picasso Museum. Despite many changes and developments, Malaga has maintained its traditional charm as a port. The historic Alcazaba Fortress, Gibralfaro Castle and the Cathedral are well worth a visit. Malaga has many restaurants. Tapas bars can be found on every street corner. Be sure to visit the 'Antigua Casa de la Guardia', the oldest tapas bar in the city. Malaga is famous for its Semana Santa (Holy Week) celebrations which are a national tourism event, as is the Feria de Agosto (Malaga Fair).
