Short description : This residence is in the historic city of Florence.
The complex is small and is located in one of the city's parks. It dates from 1865 when Florence was briefly the capital of the newly created Italian State. There are a number of renovated apartments and cottages in the complex. The apartments are full of atmosphere and boast antique furniture.
Guests are free to enjoy the attractive little park and its terrace. The holiday homes are ideally placed for visiting Florence. The world famous Ponte Vecchio is only a 25 minute walk away. The complex is in a quiet area with unique atmosphere.
The holiday home is a small cottage (ground floor or 1st floor).
Important Information : Please note that the full amount of the reservation has to be paid before arrival. Belvilla will send a confirmation with detailed payment information.
After full payment is taken, the property´s details, including address and where to collect the keys, are provided by email.
-A fully refundable security deposit of EUR 150 will be required upon arrival for possible damages.
-Please note that kitchen towels are not included in the room rate. Guests can bring their own.
-Bed linen and bath towels are included in the rental price.
-Electricity and gas/oil fees are included in the rental price.
-Max 1 pet allowed, free of charge (pets will only be accepted if communicated before arrival).
