Apartment Oriuolot is located in a traditional building, almost on the top floor.
There are some stairs to climb but in the end it is worth it: thanks to its position, the apartment offers quite a view over the cathedral and its famous Dome.
The rooms are bright and spacious, the equipment is complete. Upon request, the owner can provide an internet USB key to have internet on your laptop.
The location is fantastic: right in the historical centre, you can reach all the main squares and monuments by foot, in a few minutes’ walk.
The Cathedral, the Piazza Signoria, the Ponte Vecchio as well as many restaurants and cafes are to be found in the near surroundings.
Important Information : Please note that the full amount of the reservation has to be paid before arrival. Belvilla will send a confirmation with detailed payment information.
After full payment is taken, the property´s details, including address and where to collect the keys, are provided by email.
A fully refundable security deposit of 150 EUR will be required upon arrival for possible damages (in cash).
Please note that gas/oil fee is not included in the rental price and will be charged 1,50 EUR/m3 (Nov - Apr).
