The apartment is part of a typical Venetian house, a 14th century palazzo, which is listed as part of the city's heritage. On one side the accommodation overlooks the street, on the other side a lush internal courtyard with its well so typical of Venetian courtyards.
The accommodation is over two floors and the staircase has no banisters.
There are numerous shops in the around area, such as a grocery, dairy, wine shop, etc. There is also a supermarket a minute s walk away behind Campo San Lorenzo square.
