Short description : This bright apartment of 120 m² is situated in the heart of the city of Venice. The apartment is located on the second floor of a 18th century "palazzo" (without lift). It has view over a narrow and typical Venetian canal, only crossed by gondolas and small boats. The sea is 5 km away from the accommodation.
In the sitting room stands a double sofa bed. In this room you can also watch TV, watch a DVD or turn on the CD-player. In the dining room you will find a single sofa bed. The kitchen is equipped with an oven. There are two bedrooms, both with a double bed. The bathroom has a bath, bidet, toilet, washbasin and a washing machine. There is heating available.
The nearest waterbus stop ("vaporetto") is "Fondamente Nuove", about 200 meters from the accommodation. Several hotspots from Venice are rather close-by, such as the Rialto bridge (about 5 minute-walk), Piazza San Marco (about 10 mn) and the gardens where the Biennale di Venezia is held (about 15 mn). Do not miss the S. Giovanni e Paulo basilica and the "Miracle Church" a few paces away from the apartment.
