Short description : This simple and pleasant holiday house is situated in the centre of a partly municipality of Brugge (3km up to Grote Markt).
The house is within walking distance from the Boudewijn Sea Park and Dolphinarium and approx. 500m from a big forest (Tillegembos) with a castle where you can take wonderful walks.
Centrally situated, close to the arterial road, direction the cost (15km).
The bus stop (Trainstation / Downtown Bruges) is in front of the door.
Important Information : Please note that the full amount of the reservation has to be paid before arrival. Belvilla will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. After full payment is taken, the property´s details, including address and where to collect the keys, are provided by email.
-A fully refundable security deposit of 200 EUR will be required upon arrival for damages, returned max. 14 days later.

-kitchen linen are included in the rental price.
-bed linen and bath towels are not included in the room rate. Guests can rent them at the property (cost: 8 EUR and 3 EUR per person/Stay).
-the electricity fee is not included in the apartment rate and will be charged according to consumption on departure (cost: 0,40 EUR/kWh).
-the gas and oil fee is not included in the apartment rate and will be charged according to consumption on departure (cost: 0,75 EUR/m3).
-the environment fee is not included in the apartment rate (cost: 2,50 EUR/Garbage bag).
-pets are allowed (max. 1) for an additional cost of 5 EUR /Pet/Night.
