Short description : The apartment of 55 m2 is located on the third floor and is in a modern building that was once a mill. Restored and restructured, the building is now an example of the city's modern industrial architecture.
In the living room stands a double sofa bed and is it possible to watch TV or a DVD. The open plan kitchen is equipped with a microwave and a dishwasher. The bedroom has a double bed and the bathroom a shower, toilet, washbasin, tumble dryer and a washing machine. In the basement there is a garage. There is an elevator, safety deposit box and air conditioning is possible.
The apartment is 200 metres from "Porta Maggiore" gate, the old gate in the Aurelian Wall. You can also easily reach La Sapienza university and San Giovanni Basilica (10 minutes walk), Termini train station (about 1 km) etc. Also 20 minutes away is the San Lorenzo district, a popular Rome district where you can spend an enjoyable evening in the restaurants, pub, and piano bars, etc.
The nearest underground station is Porta Maggiore, 50 metres away. You can also park your car in the buildings garage or in the street, paying parking spaces.
