- For stays of less than 7 days, the deposit will be charged to a credit or debit card on arrival. The amount blocked on your card will be released after 7 days and assuming no damages.
- For stays of less than 31 days, the deposit will be refunded between 4 and 7 days following departure.
- For stays 31 days or more, the deposit will be refunded by transfer via PayPal or bank transfer within 30 days of departure.
- Arrivals after 20.00 are subject to a surcharge of EUR 30
- Arrivals after 00.00 are subject to a surcharge of EUR 45
Late check-out until 18.00 is subject to a surcharge of 50% of the nightly room rate. In these cases, departures after 18.00 will be subject to a charge of 100% of the nightly room rate.
