Short description : Within 5 minutes’ walk of Plaza de Catalunya, these beautiful, chic apartments have private terraces. They are set in different buildings around Rambla Catalunya and Passeig de Gracia.
Each spacious apartment features lightly coloured contemporary décor with stylish furnishings. There is a large living room, which opens onto the terrace and includes a sofa, flat-screen TV and a DVD player. The kitchen has an oven, electric hob, microwave, coffee maker, a washing machine and dryer.
Passeig de Gràcia Metro and railway stations are within 100 metres of the apartments. You can reach Las Ramblas and Barcelona’s charming old town in 10 minutes by foot. Gaudí's famous Casa Batlló is less than 300 metres away and you can reach La Pedrera in 10 minutes.

When you arrive in the city, please call the property for directions and confirm arrival time.
Check-in takes place until 21:00. Please note, the following surcharges apply for late check-in:
21:00 until 23:00- EUR 30
23:00 until 01:00- EUR 50
Please note, you cannot check in after 01:00.
If you expect to arrive outside reception opening hours, please inform the property in advance.
Please note, the property reserves the right to charge for any damages caused to the apartments.
The remaining balance must be paid in cash upon arrival.
Towels and bed linen are included.
A damages deposit of EUR 100 is payable on arrival, by credit card. It will be refunded once the apartment has been checked.
