Short description : Our hotel is situated in the district Pempelfort. It is a perfect starting point to discover our beautiful city.
The city centre, the fair grounds, the airport and the old city centre can be reached within a few minutes.
Food & Beverages : At our restaurant "Frisco" we serve a rich breakfast buffet in the morning and varied dishes. At our bar we serve delicious cocktails.
Cancelation Policy : Before 6pm on the date of arrival.
For the Christmas Market weekends during 24th, Nov and 24th, Dec exist special conditions. Cancellation free of charge is possible before 7 days of the date of arrival. The total amount of your stay will be charged from your credit card directly after your reservation has been processed.

For the following dates 2008 a free of charge cancellation is possible latest until 15 days prior to arrival and your credit card will be charged with 100% of the reservation value:
Boot (19. – 27.01.2008); CPD (09.-13.02.2008); Beauty (07. – 09.03.2008); GDS (14.-16.03.2008); ProWein (16. -18.03.2008); CPD (26.-30.07.2008); hogatec (27.09. – 02.10.2008) and RehaCare (15.-18.10.2008). In case of later cancellation and alterations, or in case of no show, the total amount is not refundable.
For the early booker offer the total amount of your stay will be charged from your credit card directly after your reservation has been proceeded. No cancellation possible. In case of a cancellation, alteration or no-show the offer is non refundable.

Ø at the 3rd traffic light to turn right again to Collenbachstr.
Ø then straight on to Blücherstr.
Motorway A61/A57: Exit Neuss / Hafen
Ø 1st possibility turn left to direction Rheinufertunnel / Rhein
Ø after 2 km at the end of the tunnel follow Rheinuferstraße
Ø 4th traffic llight turn right to Kleverstr.
Ø then 3rd traffic light turn right again to Collenbachstr.
Ø straight on to Blücherstr.
By train S7, from Düsseldorf airport:
Ø you must get off in the station: “Derendorf”
Ø in this station you can take the tram 701 direction “Benrath”
Ø you must get off in the station “Dreieck”
Ø please go back a few meters an turn right to Blücherstr.
By bus 721, from Düsseldorf airport:
Ø you must get off in the station: “Münsterstr./Feuerwache”
Ø please go back a few meters an turn left to Münsterstr.
Ø then straight and take the next street left to Blücherstr.
