Short description : Welcome to the Hansa-Hotel, which offers convenient access to public transport routes, downtown area, the convention centre and the Dusseldorf Airport. A 5-10 minute walk takes you directly to the "Koenigsallee", the most well-known shopping street in the North Rhine-Westphalian area, to the Altstadt (the historical part of the city), and to the Rhein river. The international airport, the central station, and the Dusseldorf Convention Centre are only 5-10 minutes away. An array of shops, restaurants, cafes, and bars can be found very close to the hotel. Whether you are in Dusseldorf for business or pleasure, we are dedicated to making your stay as pleasant as possible.
Cancelation Policy : CANCELLATION TERMS: 1. Reservation outside of fair times By single bookings a cost-free cancellation is guaranteed until one day prior to arrival. By a later cancellation or with NO-ARRIVAL we reserve ourselves the right to put our loss costs in invoice if we do not have the possibility to the wide renting. 2. Reservation during fair times: A cost-free cancellation is possibly at the latest 8 weeks prior to arrival. After this time the reservation is firmly binding for both sides and in case of cancellations or reservation changes we reserve ourselves the right o put our loss costs in invoice if we do not have the possibility to the wide renting. 3. EXCLUSIVE CANCELLATION CONDITIONS: To the following fairs count up to 12 weeks of cancellation period: MEDICA (14.-17.11.07 and 19.-22.11.08), DRUPA (29.05.-11.06.08), INTERPACK (24.-30.04.08), K-KUNSTSOFF-(24.10 - 31.10.07), METEC, among other things{and others} (12.-16.06.07), METAV tube WIRE (31.03-4.4.08), GLASTEC (21.10 - 25.10.08), IBA (03. - 09.10.08). The hotel charges by too late cancellation, non-journey (NO show) or decrease of the overnight stay number 100% of the room price. By reservations with Minimum stay the complete reservation period is charged. 4. By GROUP reservations outside OF fair times: No cost-free whole cancellation at the latest 4 weeks before journey possibly. After this time we can accept only share cancellations without charge of single rooms, up to a maximum of 10% of the original reservation volume.
The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.
