Travel Information : Arriving by car:
- Exit the A7 motorway at Hamburg-Bahrenfeld and head towards the centre ("Zentrum")
- At Millerntorplatz head left towards the main railway station ("Hauptbahnhof") and follow Ost-West-Straße until you see the ruins of St. Nicholas Church ("Nicolaikirche") on your left-hand side
- Turn left towards the railway station and continue straight ahead
- Once you have crossed over the tracks, get in the left-hand lane and follow the road to the crossroads
- Take the second road on your right
Arriving by plane from Hamburg Fuhlsbüttel Airport:
- Take the Airport-Express to the main railway station (this takes 25 minutes followed by a 5-minute walk)
or
- Take a taxi (this takes 25 minutes and costs around EUR 22)
Arriving by rail:
- Travel to Hamburg's main railway station ("Hamburg Hauptbahnhof")
- The hotel is a 5-minute walk from here
Cancelation Policy : Cancellation Policy: If cancelled or modified up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled or modified later, 80 percent of the first night will be charged.
In case of no-show, 80 percent of all nights will be charged.

All children under 2 years are charged EUR 15.00 per night and person for cots.
