Short description : Sun City I is a modern apartment complex located in the southern part of Sunny Beach, attracting families with children and older guests as well as younger couples and young people wishing to experience the nightlife of the resort.
It is located about 300 meters from the beach and 2 km from the centre. The complex is in the close proximity of Cacao Beach, famous for its wide sandy strip of land, romantic restaurants and nightlife. Public transport is 2 minutes away.
The apartments are luxuriously furnished with a fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning, comfortable furniture in the living room, a dining room with table, a washing mashine and spacious balconies, some of them with pool view.
The Sun City I complex has a large swimming pool with pool bar, a children’s playground and a mini market.
