Short description : This recently fully re-furbished, wonderful townhouse, will fullfill all your needs for an enjoyable and great comfortable stay. This property has the best of both worlds with the beach just over the road, yet only 15-20 minutes from the City Centre, with an excellent bus service to and from the City.
Edinburgh’s only beach is just 60 yards away and a great place to relax on a sunny day. Musselburgh Race Course is also just along the road. There are around 60 golf courses within 1 hour drive from us, some as close as 5 minutes away. For rugby fans, the bus service runs directly past the property to and from Murrayfield Stadium.
The ground floor has the entrance hallway, leading to a large living area with dining facilities, a fully fitted kitchen and to a small cloakroom/toilet.
The first floor has two well proportioned bedrooms both of which have en-suite shower rooms with w.c. and wash hand basins. Each twin bedroom contains two single beds and ample storage. There is also a large family bathroom located on this floor.
The top floor has two large double bedrooms both of which have en-suite shower rooms with w.c. and wash hand basins. All bedrooms are fitted with digital TV's.
