Travel Information : With the train arriving at Santa Lucia Train station:
Take te public boat (vaporetto) lines 1 or 82 till the stop Calle Vallaresso (the closest stop to our hotel). From here ask for Teatro La fenice, we are in front of it. (see the map on the web site).
From the Airport:
Bus from the Airport to Piazzale Roma and than take the Vaporetto as indicated above or take the Direct boat from The airport to Piazza San Marco.
Room Information : The Hotel Mercurio has 19 rooms available, completely renovated in 2002, stylish furnishings. Some of the rooms face towards the Canal of Barcaroli.
The palace opposite the hotel is admired for its beautiful exterior and Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart once stayed there. A reminder of this is written in marble as testimony to this event.
Cancelation Policy : Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 8 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, the first night will be charged.
If cancelled up to 4 days before date of arrival, 40 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 1 day before date of arrival, 80 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 30.00 per night and person for extra beds.
