Short description : Das Baderhaus is a renovated 16th-century farmhouse in the pedestrian zone of Zell am See, only 100 metres away from Lake Zell and the lakeshore promenade. It offers free Wi-Fi.
Each apartment has a balcony, cable TV, and a fully equipped kitchen. They offer traditional ceilings, walls and floors, as well as Baroque-style, south-facing bedrooms. 1 parking space per apartment is included. Baby equipment is provided free of charge on request.
The apartments are located on the upper floor of the Baderhaus. A delicatessen can be found on the ground floor, and a pastry shop for breakfast is right next door. The cable car is only 5 minutes away from Das Baderhaus.
From May to October, the Zell am See-Kaprun Card is included in the price. This card comprises many free benefits and reductions in the region, including use of the cable cars.
Cancelation Policy : Cancellation Policy: If cancelled or modified up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled or modified up to 21 days before date of arrival, 40 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled or modified up to 14 days before date of arrival, 60 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled or modified up to 7 days before date of arrival, 80 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.

All older children or adults are charged EUR 10.00 per night and person for extra beds.
