Each AptBcn room is private and lockable. Rooms share bathroom facilities, with 2 showers and 2 toilets in each apartment.
AptBcn Balmes are just metres from Barcelona University. The Ramblas and the MACBA Modern Art Museum are a short walk away. There are excellent Metro, train and bus links from Plaça Catalunya.
Important Information : Please note that arrivals outside the normal reception opening times are subject to a surcharge, as follows:
- from 21:00 until 23:00, 25€ per room
- from 23:00 until 01:00, 50€ per room
- from 01:00 onwards, 75€ per room

Cancelation Policy : Cancellation Policy: If cancelled or modified up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
