Travel Information : By car (from Varna Airport, 10 km):
- Leave the city centre at the main T-crossing near the Cathedral.
- Turn left toward the main boulevard "Maria Louisa".
- Drive forward along the main road until you reach a split in the road.
- Take the road on your left toward "Albena" and "Balchik".
- Keep going passed you reach a red old house restaurant named "Nikova Kashta", situated on the left of the road.
- Right after is the bus stop. Drive 200 metres more and turn right after the sand and gravel warehouses
- Turn left on a gravel road and than immediately right and you will have reached the hotel.
By bus (from Varna Airport):
- From the Airport you take the bus number 409
- When you reach the centre leave the bus and cross the road, opposite the Cathedral if front of the KFC restaurant.
- Here there is another bus stop from where you take bus number 31.
- Ask for the bus stop "MOSTA" translated from bulgarian as "the bridge".
- Watch for the big red old style house, mentioned before, and get off the bus here.
- Walk 200 metres and turn left and then right.
- You will see the Villa Buena Vista.
Alternatively, the hotel can arrange a free transfer from the airport for guests staying for at least 5 nights.
Region Information : Mostly green forest area, calm and clean, situated on a high area of the city. You can see most of the area from the villa and in the night the view is amazing.
Room Information : Every room has its own toilet, shower and TV.
Apartments have the above and a fridge.
Cancelation Policy : Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 7 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 10.00 per night and person for extra beds.

Short description : Buena Vista is located in a quiet green area of Varna, 100 metres from the main motorway to the resorts Golden Sands and St.Constantine.
Close to the beach, the city centre and airport, it is well situated for travelling around the area.
The hotel has 2 apartments, 3 triple and 5 double rooms with a beautiful panoramic view of Varna and the sea. Each room has its own batroom and TV.
The hotel also benefits from free parking and a garden where guests of Buena Vista can rest.
The hotel is located close to the city centre, shops, restaurants and of course the beach. The hotel can be reached easily by car, public buses or taxis.

Hotel Information : Built in the Summer of 2006, the villa is still being completed and renovated. Air conditioning, swimming pool and other extras will be available for the 2008 season.
Important Information : Children under 12 receive a 50% discount.
