Short description : Heliofos is a complex of 7 totally restored cave-houses, uniquely situated in a quiet location in the area Foinikia, a 15-minute stroll from Oia.
The apartments have been restored with great care, disposing their traditional architecture while offering luxurious furnishings. Modern installations include CD players, home cinema and internet connection. All houses have their own fully equipped kitchen and private veranda.
Guests can enjoy a rich breakfast prepared with fresh local ingredients. Later in the day food and drinks are served in the beautiful reception's veranda.
Cancelation Policy : Cancellation Policy: If cancelled or modified up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled or modified later, the first night will be charged.
In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
All children from 2 to 12 years are charged 30 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds.
All older children or adults are charged 50 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.
