Appartement Holiday + Villa Theresa offer very comfortable holiday apartments with free LAN access. Bed linen and towels are provided. In the morning fresh bread rolls are delivered on request.
There is a washing machine and a dryer in the building. Parking spaces, garages, and carports are available free of charge.

The ski bus takes you to the Maiskogel, Kitzsteinhorn, Areitbahn, and Schmittenhöhe ski areas. The nearest supermarket and the cross-country ski centre are each 500 metres away.
Important Information : There is a mandatory final cleaning fee of:

- EUR 90 (apartment for 6 people)
- EUR 110 (apartment for 7 people)
- EUR 140 (apartment for 8 people)
Cancelation Policy : Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, 80 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
