Short description : Newly opened in December 2008, this apartment house offers a very quiet location in the heart of Kaprun and direct views of the Kitzsteinhorn mountain.
Exklusive Appartements Barbara provides spacious holiday apartments with a stylish ambience right next to the mountain bike trail and the cross-country ski run.
All apartments are tastefully and comfortably furnished and have a kitchen and a balcony. Apartments Nina and Robin can be booked together.
The ski bus stop is only 200 metres away from Haus Barbara, while the ski lifts are 600 metres away. The centre of Kaprun can be reached in a 5-minute walk.
Important Information : There is a mandatory final cleaning fee of EUR 40 for the apartments Nina and Robin, and of EUR 80 for the apartment Barbara.
The final cleaning fee is included in the price with a minimum stay of 5 nights.
The deposit in non-refundable, but can be used for another booking within 1 year.
Cancelation Policy : Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 4 years stay free of charge for cots.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 15.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.
Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 2.
Deposit Policy: 20 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable.
