Short description : This cosy apartment house is located on the east shore of Lake Zell, directly opposite the town of Zell am See.
Appartements Kitzsteinhorn offer comfortable apartments for 2 to 6 people with 1 to 2 bedrooms, kitchenette or kitchen, and a balcony with fantastic lake views.
The apartment house has its own swimming beach with a small sunbathing area, a rowing boat, a landing stage and a lakeside terrace.
Relax with a cup of tea or coffee in the cosy café or on the terrace, and enjoy the beautiful views of the lake and the Schmittenhöhe mountain.
In winter Appartements Kitzsteinhorn are only a 5-minute drive away from the valley station of the Areitbahn cable car, which takes you into the Schmittenhöhe ski area. The free ski bus taking you to all ski areas in the vicinity stops only 100 metres away. A cross-country ski run is only 800 metres away, and in winter the lake is ideal for ice-skating.
Important Information : There is a mandatory final cleaning fee of EUR 40.
Towels are not included in the room price.
Cancelation Policy : Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 28 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled or modified later, the first three nights will be charged.
In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 2 years are charged EUR 5.00 per night and person for cots.

Deposit Policy: A fixed amount of EUR 200 per room will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.
