Steps from the Piccadilly Gardens and walking distance from the Manchester Evening News Arena. The property is fully furnished to the highest standard, with fully equipped, modern kitchen. The apartment has two double bedrooms (master bedroom with ensuite) and a full bathroom for your best comfort. You do not need to bring any beddings with you as we provide it, naturally. Relax in front of our Large Screen TV with SKY channels, or listen to the music with the Hi-Fi System in the living room. Short description : Chatsworth House, apartments are located in the heart of Manchester City Centre, minutes from Piccaddily Gardens. The apartments are furnished to a superior luxury standard and are fully loaded, great views of the city. All Manchester major transport links, shops, bars, resteraunts and clubs are literally mins away. The M.E.n Arena, Victoria Station and Piccadilly stations are some 5 to 10 minutes away. Sky tv provided at a basic package, but up gradable at cost. Free Wifi Internet Connection.
Cancelation Policy : Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, 17.5 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 4 days before date of arrival, 75 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 10 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years are charged GBP 10.00 per night and person for cots.
There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.

Deposit Policy: 30 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.
