Make the most of the easy access to the Cuatro Torres business area and the Berbabeu Stadium. Thanks to the metro stops Tetuán and Valdeacederas being nearby the Salvia 4 Apartments, you can easily access other parts of the city and balance work and leisure if desired.
Important Information : Guests must notify staff of their expected time of arrival at least 40 minutes before reaching the apartments and using the contact details which will appear on the booking confirmation. Staff of the apartments will be waiting for you at the appointed time

A cash deposit of EURO 150 and the total price of the reservation must be paid upon arrival. Upon departure, this deposit will be returned once the condition of the apartment has been checked by a member of staff.
Check-in takes place after 15:00.
Please note that no check-in is possible between 00:00 and 07:30
Towel change is included in the price and takes place every 3 days. A cleaning service (except the kitchen) and a change of lined takes place every 7 days. Guests can request a extra cleaning service for an additional fee.
Cancelation Policy : Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later, the first night will be charged.
In case of no-show, 30 percent of all nights will be charged.
