The kitchen and bathroom are newly renovated. They have new facilities and modern design, and all the utensils you will need, including internet (free of charge), air conditioning and a balcony with a view of Lisbon.
Important Information : The apartment staff will wait for you at the apartment at the agreed time of arrival.
The staff will give you practical information and give you the keys.
You will be asked to sign a short-term rental contract, also signed by the owner.
You will then be asked to pay the remaining amount charged for the whole stay (in cash). Check-in time is from 15:00.
Rent4days charges an extra amount for check-ins on Sundays or bank holidays, and for late check-ins (after 22:00. After 01:00 the late arrival fee is a higher amount.
The latest check-out time is 11:00.
Any modifications to a booking (dates, number of people, or apartment) are possible, but are subject to acceptance by Rent4days and entail a management fee.
Cancelation Policy : Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
