Hotel Information : The Radisson SAS has conference facilities which cover a whole floor over an area of 1,620 m². These rooms can accommodate seminar groups of between 10 and 1,000 delegates.
Room Information : The newly renovated rooms, which have been designed by the Swedish designer Christian Lundwall, will be available in 3 styles:
Natural: light wood and cream tones
Urban: a modern, metropolitan style
New York Mansion: a stylish, top-class lounge ambience
Food & Beverages : Some changes will be made to the eating establishments during the renovations:
The popular Trader Vic’s & Mai Tai Bar, which offers Polynesian specialities, will be open as usual.
New additions to the hotel will be the Mediterranean-inspired Filini restaurant, as well as a bar and a lounge.
The Top of the Town bar is 106 metres high and overlooks the whole of Hamburg. This will become an venue for special events.

Directly behind the hotel lies Dammtor international railway and S-Bahn (city rail) station. From here, you have excellent public transport links over the whole city.

Cancelation Policy : Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 18 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
One child under 18 years is charged EUR 20.00 per night and person in an extra bed.
One older child or adult is charged EUR 40.00 per night and person in an extra bed.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.
Groups: When booking more than 9 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.
VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.

Internet: Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.
Meal Plan: Buffet breakfast is not included and costs EUR 19.50 per person.
