The guesthouse does not serve breakfast, but you will have the facilities to prepare your own breakfast, lunch and simple dinners. Make use of the Nespresso machine, microwave oven and fridge in the pantry down the hall.
Situated in a quiet and green neigbourhood, you can enjoy peaceful surroundings. However, you will be able to reach all the main attractions of the city within a 10-minute bicycle ride. Discover the bustling city centre or visit the largest port in Europe.
Cancelation Policy : Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, 35 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, 60 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, 85 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy: Children older than 10 years are welcome.
All children or adults are charged EUR 25.00 per night and person when using existing bedding.
There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.
