Short description : Contemporary design characterises these new apartments, located in the fast-developing, technological district of @22. They are connected to Barcelona city centre by both metro and tram lines.
Use the Concept Apartments as a base to visit this important-but-peaceful business district as well as the nearby sandy beach of Mar Bella. They are also conveniently situated for those attending events at the Fòrum and CCIB centre.
Each spacious apartment comes with stylish decor with fashionable, Far Eastern touches. Each one boasts plenty of natural light and there is even a fully furnished roof terrace where you can lie back and enjoy the warm Mediterranean sunshine.
Metro Line 4 takes you from the apartments into the historic city centre in less than 15 minutes. You will also find plenty of shops, bars and restaurants in the smart Diagonal Mar centre, close by to the apartments.

Please note that a cleaning fee of EUR 50 per apartment is not included in the rates and is payable locally.
Cancelation Policy : Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.

All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 20.00 per night and person for extra beds.

Deposit Policy: 25 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.
