New Age Apartments have trendy and bright decor, with lots of natural light. Each apartment is equipped with a large bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, a spacious living room and a separate kitchen. You can prepare your own meals in these apartments before heading out to the bars and nightclubs in the area.
From these apartments you can get to the historical centre of the city in 5 minutes by public transport. Alternatively, you can explore the modernist Eixample neighbourhood on foot, with its famous Gaudí buildings, Casa Pedrera and Casa Batllò.

Please note that a cleaning fee of EUR 50 per apartment is not included in the rates and is payable locally.

Cancelation Policy : Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

All older children or adults are charged EUR 15.00 per night and person for extra beds.
