Cancelation Policy : Cancellation Policy: If cancelled or modified up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Room Information : Our 87 rooms, studios and suites are individually decorated and offer adjustable air conditioning. The unique charm of our hotel is due to the glass-roofed patio that invites you to relax in our winter garden or our cosy lobby bar. Most of the rooms face the patio and are therefore very quietly situated.
All rooms are equipped with satellite TV, minibar and free wireless internet access in the rooms facing the patio. Besides that the hotels owns its own parking garage for your vehicle.

Travel Information : From the A1 motorway:
- Exit towards the centre on Hietzinger Kai-, passing the Palace of Schönbrunn on your right-hand side.
- Follow the road straight ahead. Cross the Guertel and turn left after 200 metres into Rechte Wienzeile.
- Follow the road to the centre to the Ring road.
- You will reach the Donaukanal. Cross the 3rd bridge on the left, following the Taborstrasse. Take the 2nd street on the right, Rotensterngasse. You will see the hotel on the right-hand side of the street.
From the airport on the A4 motorway:
- Follow the signs towards Zentrum. The road leads into the Schuettelstrasse and the Untere Donaustrasse.
- Turn right into Taborstrasse and the 2nd street on the right is Rotensterngasse.
