A breakage deposit of up to EUR 400 is required at check-in (depending on the size of the apartments). This will be returned at check-out once the condition of the room has been checked.

Cancelation Policy : Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, 25 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 1 day before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.
