Important Information : Upon arrival in Valencia, all guests must go to the apartment offices, situated in the same building, where check in and delivery of keys can be completed. The property’s staff will then direct guests to their apartment.
The office opening hours are from 10.00 to 20.00, Monday to Saturday. Guests having to check in after 20.00 must inform the property directly.
At check in, 60% of the cost of the booking must be paid, in addition to a EUR 100 breakage deposit.

Cancelation Policy : Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, 10 percent of all nights will be charged.
