Important Information : Please note that a mandatory final cleaning fee of EUR 50 is not included in the reservation price and is payable locally.
At check-in guests must collect their keys for the apartments from 27 Carrer de Marqués de Barbera. The office opening hours are Monday to Friday, from 09.00 to 18.00. If you expect to arrive outside of office hours, please call the telephone number provided on the Booking Confirmation issued by this site.
All guests must check out the apartments no later than 10.00. Those wishing to leave later must contact the property directly prior to arrival.

Each of the Home Advice Spain Apartments is perfect for your short business or family sightseeing stay. The apartments are ideally located in the heart of the city or close to the beach, but all on secure and quiet streets.
Please note that all guests must pick up their keys from our office before going to the apartment. The property also offers the extra service of sending the keys to your home address before arrival.
Cancelation Policy : Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 42 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.
Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 2.
Deposit Policy: 50 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable.
A fixed amount of EUR 150 per room will be charged on the day of arrival and is refundable.
