Room Information : Each apartment has one or 2 bedrooms, a living room, a bathroom and a toilet. Dining space and a kitchen are usually in one and are spacious and fully equipped. Different bed types – queen or single beds that can also be pushed together - are available, and a sofa bed and armchairs add to the comfort of the apartment. Ski storage is possible as well.

Short description : The Mountain Residence 4 is the newest building of the Mountain Residence chain. It is situated on the foothills of the Pirin mountain, above the Gondola Station.
You can choose from 60 nicely furnished apartments in the compact, cosy building designed to keep the temperatures high during the cold winter months. The exterior and interior add to the wintertime's fairytale ambience. Our aim is to make your holiday experience as enjoyable and relaxing as possible by providing utmost comfort.
Important Information : Please note that there is a 1.9% charge for paying by credit card.
Cancelation Policy : Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years are charged EUR 10.00 per night and person for cots.
