Room Information : The emphasis is on light and space, with all apartments boasting large picturesque windows, most with floor-to-ceiling glazing in the living room. Apartments are 10 times the size of a typical hotel room. There is a weekly linen change.

Region Information : The Limehouse Basin Marina is known as the ‘Jewel in the Crown’ of the inland waterways network. The beautiful 90-berth marina has excellent modern facilities and is surrounded with restaurants, bars and traditional London pubs. The internationally renowned Regent Canal Dock, built in 1820, is the oldest dock still operating as originally planned.
At Gordon Ramsey’s ‘The Narrow’ you can enjoy fine dining and gourmet cuisine in a warm, relaxed environment. The emphasis is on good quality food with traditional real ales and ciders. Admire the riverside views of the Thames and dine on a classic British menu.
The Wapping Project is an extraordinary site in the East End. Wapping Food is housed within a converted hydraulic power station and is theatrical in its approach to both food and the arts.
Travel Information : The entrance to Mission Court is located at 577 Commercial Road. The development is approximately a 5-minute walk from the entrance/exit of Limehouse Station, which services Docklands Light Railway and National Rail (C2C) networks.
By Bus
Mission Court is easily accessible by 4 different London buses.
By Tube / Rail
Take the Docklands Light Railway or National Rail (C2C) to Limehouse and exit the station via the Commercial Road exit. Proceed left along Commercial Road for approximately 250 metres. The entrance to the 24-hour concierge at Mission Court is located on the right-hand side of the road on the corner of Bromley Street.
By Car
- Proceed along Commercial Road.
- Turn onto Bromley Street as there is no parking permitted on Commercial Road at the development entrance.

Mission Court is situated within a short walk of London’s finest riverside areas and traditional Docklands culture. The local area is newly rejuvenated and full of character. Restaurants, pubs and bars line the River Thames and offer excellent views over the tideway.

Payment made via a credit card is subject to a 3.5% surcharge; 4.5% for AMEX cards.
A Sofa Bed can be made up in each of the apartments and will cost 58.75 GBP per week. The hotel will need to be informed if you require the Sofa Bed.

Children under the age of 14 must be supervised by an adult guest at all times
Please take note of the maximum number of people per apartment. Should this be exceeded without authorisation, a charge will be levied to your account
The below terms are applicable to all contracts of any kind made by ‘the client’ and Marlin Apartments (‘Marlin’) and apply to all reservations, bookings and agreements for accommodation. Confirmation of a booking by the client is deemed acceptance of these terms.
The client agrees to pay all rental costs and charges related to the apartment and are liable for payment of any uncollected rent or charges including damage beyond normal wear and tear or incidentals for the rental term listed on the booking confirmation form which accompanies each rental booking. The client accepts responsibility for any damages beyond normal wear and tear
A fee of GBP 100 (plus VAT) will be charged for keys not returned within 24 hours of the move-out date. Should any keys be lost or stolen or should the client fail to check-out by 15:00, the client will be liable for the full cost of an emergency locksmith plus any replacement fobs required for operating entrance doors / car park gates, etc. In the case of the above, Marlin Apartments reserve the right to remove a guest’s belongings from the room and accepts no liability for the loss or damage of these items.
Marlin will not accept responsibility for personal injury, damages or loss of property.
Whilst all reasonable efforts have been taken by the hotel to ensure that bookings made under this agreement are able to proceed, Marlin reserve the right to relocate any booking to another room of similar size and standard in the locality. The client acknowledges that Marlin accept no liability for any loss or damage suffered by or caused to the client in consequence of the relocation of the client.
On departure, guests must vacate their rooms and check-out by no later than 10:30. Failure to do so will entitle Marlin to charge GBP 50 after 10:30, and a full night’s stay after 14:00.
Cancelation Policy : Any bookings made are non-refundable and incur a 100% cancellation charge
