They are surrounded by the narrow, whitewashed streets of one of Spain’s most historic and atmospheric Moorish neighbourhoods. The Cathedral is just a 5-minute walk away, and a shuttle service runs from the nearby Plaza Nueva to the majestic Alhambra Palace which dominates this Andalusian city.
The surrounding streets are full of traditional tapas bars, some of which still offer free dishes with each drink, and typical Moorish tea houses. Also a short walk away is the area of Sacromonte, famous for its flamenco and ancient cave houses.
