The establishment is the result of the conversion of an intimate and cosy family house, now boasting newly refurbished rooms and a quiet, green courtyard. The perfect spot where you can rest, read a good book, sip a glass of wine or a cappuccino, or simply enjoy the roman weather.
The accommodations are located in the lively surroundings of San Lorenzo neighbourhood on the east side of the walls built by Emperor Aurelio around the old city. Walk around town or cycle one of the courtesy bikes provided. When coming back to Casa della Palma you will amazed to leave behind the chaos and noise of the city.
Region Information : The area of San Lorenzo is nearby the central train station, but because of the Rome University campus, it has a very different and lively vibe and is a popular hang-out area for Romans.
Food & Beverages : The surrounding area is scattered with restaurants designed to cater to all requirements: from low-budget pizzerias to gourmet places.
Room Information : Every room is unique. The bed which will welcome you at night has been specially designed and made just for that room. None of the rooms is opening directly onto the street, so all of them are very quiet, opening either on the front courtyard or on a back one. The rooms are comfortable and spacious, all of them offer a sitting area when used as double. In triple or quadruple arranging the sitting area is moved away or converted in the extra needed bed. All rooms are equipped with a computer connected to the internet and also with wireless connection for your personal laptop.
Hotel Information : Casa della Palma is a conversion of a small villa from 1920. There is no elevator but most of the rooms are on the first floor. One is on the ground floor opening directly onto the green front courtyard. All the rooms are strictly non-smoking, smoking is permitted in the front courtyard.
Travel Information : The hotel offers a convenient and not expensive airport pick-up service.
Important Information : If 2 beds accommodation is required (no extra costs), please contact the staff right after having made the reservation. Beds are 200 cm long; please communicate if you need a longer one.
Please provide information on your expected arrival time. The staff will be glad to offer you its Introduction to Rome, a courtesy service consisting in 30 minutes time spent with you in front of a map of the city centre. Get help in locating the main attractions and any other place of interest, get to know how the transport system works and accept tips about the restaurants, cafés and hangouts of the area.
Cancelation Policy : Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 5 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.

All older children or adults are charged EUR 25.00 per night and person for extra beds.
