Room Information : All of the 9 contemporary designed bedrooms are en suite, tastefully furnished and include all the modern conveniences to make your stay as comfortable as possible.
Prices quoted are based on 2 adults sharing, unless otherwise stated. Rooms must not exceed maximum occupancy levels.
Double and twin rooms are not suitable to accommodate young children.
Minimum two night stay at weekends, illuminations and public holidays.

Travel Information : By Car:
From the south:
- Take the M6.
- Join the M55 via the promenade.
- Exit the M55 following signs for Blackpool Air Centre.
- After the Air Centre, continue onto the A584, signposted "Promenade", starting at the most southerly point with the sea on your left.
- Continue north on the promenade for a distance of 4 miles.
- After the Hilton Hotel, take the first right, this is Warley Road.
- Gynn Avenue is the first left.
- The Waterford is situated on the corner of Warley Road and Gynn Avenue.

Important Information : Payment Information:
A 20% (minimum GBP 20) non-refundable deposit is required to confirm any booking.
Full payment by cash, debit/credit card required on arrival. A supplement of 1.5% will be charged for all debit/credit card transactions.
Confirmation letter, balance outstanding and the house's terms and conditions of booking will be sent on receipt of booking.
Please advise estimated time of arrival at time of booking.
Please note: The Waterford does not accept large same sex groups or stag and hen parties
The Waterford has a strict non-smoking policy.
Cancelation Policy : Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, 20 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
Extra beds are not available.
There is no capacity for cots in the room.
Deposit Policy: 20 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable.
VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.
Service charge is included.
City/tourist tax is included.
Internet: Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.
Meal Plan: Full English breakfast is included in the room rate.
Parking: Free Public parking is possible on site (reservation is needed).
Pets: Pets are not allowed.
