Region Information : The property is located close to the Los Angeles Fashion District, which spans 90 blocks and is the hub of the apparel industry on the West Coast. Retailers, wholesale buyers, designers, stylists, students, shoppers and residents all converge here. Whether you're a wholesale buyer reviewing the latest collections in the District's designer showrooms, or a shopper on the prowl for a bargain - it's all here: apparel and accessories for the entire family, textiles, flowers, even live/work lofts.
Cancelation Policy : Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
Up to two children under 16 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
One child under 4 years stays free of charge in a baby cot.
One older child or adult is charged USD 10.00 per night when using existing bedding.
Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
Deposit Policy: 100 percent of the first night will be charged at least one day prior to arrival and is non-refundable.
VAT and city/tourist taxes: 14 % Tax is not included.
