Hotel Information : Hotel very nicely located in front of the sea with the old town on the back, close to the Palace of Congresses and the Place Massena, the big newly renovated main square of Nice.
Room Information : 49 rooms and only 6 facing the sea* (*with supplement and upon availability by contacting directly the hotel by phone or mail)
Some triple rooms too, with mezzanine, only by contacting the hotel by mail or phone to check availability (same conditions for 2 adults and 1 child, no rooms for 4)
Food & Beverages : A bar is available 24h a day, no minibars in the rooms

Region Information : The Flower Market of the Cours Saleya and its restaurants and cafés, is situated just behind our hotel, the beach is just in front.
The little hill of the former Castle of Nice is only at a few minutes on foot, for an impressive panorama and nice strolls in a quiet place.
The center of Nice for Shopping at 5 mns on foot, as well as the Square Massena (recently redecorated) and the Congress Palace, 5mns with the Tramway.
Many ideas of excursions from the hotel, with the Little Train, the local buses, the minibus private tours...
Travel Information : Main train station SNCF 5 mns with the Tramway or 25 mns on foot

Bus for the airport : every 20 mns from the bus station
Buses for Nice Center or surroundings and Tramway every 4/5 mns

Important Information : In order to get a sea view room, you have to contact the hotel directly to check the availability, a supplement applies (different each season)
In order to book a triple room (3 adults or 2 adults and 1 chield) you also have to contact the hotel, only a few available and cannot be booked on line.

Pets allowed with supplement of 17 euros per day
Check in after 2PM and check out before 12AM.
Cancelation Policy : Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.
