Short description : The idea behind L’Antic Espai was to create an old-style, unique place in L’Eixample neighbourhood, where you can find many buildings in Modernisme style.
It was the richness this art style that inspired the creation of a space in which the atmosphere from a bygone age surrounds the guests. Passeig de Gràcia, Ramblas and Plaça Catalunya are only a few minute walk away.
Travel Information : From the airport by Bus/Aerobus:
From the three terminals of the airport the aerobus direction town centre. The nearby bus stop is: Plaça de Catalunya. Here, you get off and walk during 6 minutes.
From the airport by train:
Take a suburban train of Barcelona, Line 1 (blue):
Maçanet-Massanes until the train station of Plaça de Catalunya.
Important Information : The hotel will charge 50% of the stay in case of changes or late cancellations of reservations of 4 nights or more.
Region Information : Located on the Gran Vía de les Cortes Catalanes, the hotel is also very close to Plaça Catalunya, in the Eixample neighbourhood. In this area you can also see some of Gaudí’s finest buildings such as Casa Batlló and La Pedrera (Casa Milà), both on Passeig de Gràcia.

The exclusive antique furniture follows the tradition of Catalan Modernisme. It boasts a beautiful terrace and flower arrangements seem to come to life on mahogany wood. The attention paid to details is reflected in the careful choice of curtains and the romantic atmosphere created by gentle lighting.
Cancelation Policy : Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later, the first night will be charged.
In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room.
Deposit Policy: 100 percent of the first night will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.
VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.

City/tourist tax is not applicable.
Internet: Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.
