Room Information : The newly refurbished rooms have been decorated with rich warm chocolate browns, creams and whites. Furnished with plush new carpets and crisp white cotton bed linen, the rooms are stylish and comfortable. Each room is well-equipped, with all the modern comforts and facilities you need in a restful, relaxing base, including brand new modern en suite bathrooms and plasma flat-screen TVs.
Important Information : Cancellation Policy (Exclusions):
Please note that different cancellations policies apply for bookings made for certain periods. During the periods specified below (inclusive of the start and end dates), cancellations must be made at least 2 weeks before the date of arrival. In the event of a no-show, alteration or later cancellation in breach of this policy, the hotel will charge an amount equivalent to 100% of the total cost of the booking as cancellation or no-show charge.

Travel Information : By Air:
The hotel is approximately 10 km from Edinburgh Airport. Taxis are readily available from just outside the airport or you can take advantage of the hotel’s excellent public transport links. The bus ride from the airport to the hotel takes about 20 minutes.
By Bus:
There is a bus stop right in front of the hotel and buses run every 10 minutes.
By Train:
Haymarket railway station is just a short walk from the hotel.
Hotel Information : At the start of 2008, the hotel completed phase one of its complete refurbishment programme, which included all of the hotel’s 10 rooms, the bar area and the foyer. With the majority of that work now complete, phase 2 will see the back garden turned into a barbecue area with new decking, a self-catering kitchen installed downstairs and a lounge area featuring free internet access. Even though renovations are ongoing, all of the areas that guests have access to have now been completed, thus you will not be disturbed during your stay.
Cancelation Policy : Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later, the first night will be charged.
In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
