Important Information : Pets are not permitted in the apartment, nor the organisation of private parties. Bed linen and towels are included, as well as an iron and ironing board.
You can enter directly into your reserved apartment. Upon arrival you must sign a contract and pay a security deposit of 150 EUR that will be fully refunded on departure, provided the apartment has not been damaged.

Individually designed and situated in privileged locations, this is ideal accommodation for discovering and enjoying this cosmopolitan city. All apartments have a fully-equipped kitchen and a lounge with double or individual sofa bed. If visiting Barcelona as a tourist, or for business motives, these modern and comfortable facilities allow you to spend a few days in complete privacy.
Cancelation Policy : Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 31 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 3 years stay free of charge for cots.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 15.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2.
Deposit Policy: 25 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.
VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.

Internet: Internet via modem is available in the hotel rooms and charges are applicable.
