Region Information : Our House is facing Via Calzaiuoli, one of the two most prestigious streets of Florence, and its enter is in Via della Condotta, n°16, an ancient street , where you can find bakeries, trattorias, restaurants, small and nice shops, banks and pharmacies. You can easily find different typical markets, where you can buy food and all you need , like San Lorenzo market and San Ambrogio market as well as the post office and the tourist office.
Please note:
Just in front of our building, the little electrical bus "A" has its stop and it goes directly to the Train Station.
You can use the Ataf network other ecological buses (A-B-C) to reach easily every part of the city .
The FlorenceAirport, A. Vespucci is approximately 20 minutes by taxi and the airport shuttle is available upon an extra fee.
The train station of Santa Maria Novella (Firenze SMN is the destination stop) is within walking distance or a short taxi ride to ease your luggage transport.
Short description : Signoria Apartments is situated in the historic heart of Florence, just a few steps from Palazzo Vecchio, the Duomo, the Galleria of Uffizi and the major attractions, within walking distance from the most famous international fashion shopping streets, ideal for both business and pleasure.
The building faces the famous Via Calzaiuoli and its enter is in Via della Condotta, n°16, whose name comes from the Ufficio della Condotta, which was supposed to recruit and pay soldiers, for the 'conduct' of the many battles and wars held in the XIV Century.
Food & Beverages : We dont have the restaurant service, but next to our door there is Trattoria "Gabriello" ( typical florence restaurant) with 10% Off for all our clients.
Room Information : The building has 7 independent luminous apartments preserving its original XVI century architecture but offering all the modern amenities refined tourist are accustomed. Each apartment is decorated in exquisite classical Florentine style.
Cancelation Policy : Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.
Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 2.
Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.
VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.
Service charge is included.
City/tourist tax is not applicable.
Internet: Wired internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.
Meal Plan: This hotel has no meal services.
Parking: Private parking is possible on streets nearby (reservation is needed) and costs EUR 28.00 per day.
