Short description : This hotel is the oldest documented house in Dresden and lies in a peaceful location in the south of the city.
In 1997 the house was lovingly reconstructed and its original architectural characteristics preserved so as to maintain a special, welcoming ambience. Today the building accommodates modern comfort rooms and suites as well as the popular "Klosterschänke" (monastery tavern).
Enjoy pleasant company at the monastery bar or in our sheltered and inviting beer garden, or unwind in our spacious sauna area following a long and eventful day.
Food & Beverages : Our "Klosterschänke" tavern offers space for some 110 guests. The fireplace, the dark tables of solid wood, the comfortable leather stools and the cross-vaulted ceilings create a wonderfully cosy atmosphere. The copper bar and open kitchen lend a historical note.
During the summer our protected, inviting beer garden invites you to enjoy a cool beer in pleasant company.
A wide range of beverages are available at our monastery bar.
Hotel Information : Constructed in the 11th century, this building has maintained its distinctive architectural features over the centuries. Together with its charming interiors, the building's numerous niches, corners, balconies and ledges create a cosy atmosphere.

Cancelation Policy : Cancellation Policy: If cancelled or modified up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled or modified later, 80 percent of all nights will be charged.
In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

All children under 5 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 25.00 per night and person for extra beds.
