The hotel was originally built in 1975 and is situated with the Teatro Campoamor on one side and the shopping and business area of Calle Uría on the other. Next to the historic centre, the hotel is 10 minutes from Auditorio Príncipe Felipe and is very close to Campo de San Francisco park, a green, tranquil oasis in the heart of the city.
