Exit the motorway at Fuorigrotta and follow the signs towards the port of Mergellina Sannazzaro, just few meters from the hotel Canada
Alternatively take the exit Napoli Centro-Via Marina, straight on along Via Marina, then Piazza Municipio, take the tunnel of Via Acton and continue along Riviera di Chiaia, Via Piedigrotta and turn right into Via Mergellina where the hotel is.
By train:

If your stop is Piazza Garibaldi or Stazione Centrale, take the underground towards Pozzuoli and get off at the stop Mergellina.
