Food & Beverages : Fast food restaurant on ground floor. Please note a full cooked breakfast is served at the sandringham hotel which is located opposite the ML LODGE.
Travel Information : Please note: St. Mary Street is pedestrianised from 8th August 2007 onwards. Please phone the hotel for current information as unloading outside the hotel may be subject to change.
By car from the West:
- Exit the M4 at junction 32 and follow signs for the city centre (A470).
From the East:
- Exit the M4 at junction 29 and follow signs for the city centre (A48).
- Head into city on the A470 (North Road) and follow it around, turning into High Street (opposite Cardiff Castle).
- High Street then leads onto St. Mary Street and the ML Lodge is on the right, opposite Howells department store and next door to Chicken Cottage.
Please call into the neighbouring hotel, The Sandringham, to check-in. This is located opposite the ML Lodge and next to Crouch the Jewellers and Ladbrokes.
Parking:
You can unload quickly outside the Sandringham hotel. Their staff will then inform you where to park. ML Lodge has a concession with one car park, which is locked shut between 18:30 and 08:00 with your car inside. It is locked after 11:00 on Sundays. Alternatively, staff can guide you to other 24-hour car parks, all within a few minutes' walk of the hotel.
By bus/train:
- Exit either station onto Wood Street and then turn right into St. Mary Street.
- Turn left at the junction and The Sandringham is on the right-hand side.
Short description : The property's location is ideal for shopping and nightlife. All rooms are en suite and have a range of excellent facilities.
The hotel is only two minutes walk from the magnificent Millennium stadium famous for its international football and rugby matches. Check in is across the road at the Sandringham Hotel which is located opposite the ML LODGE. Please note that there is five floors but unfortunately no lift in the hotel.
Important Information : A deposit of 20 pounds is taken when you check in and is returned when you hand your room keys back at time of check out. The hotel has a non smoking policy. Full payment is required on arrival.
Cancelation Policy : Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room.

Region Information : We are located in the heart of the city centre, within walking distance of the Millennium Stadium, St. David's Hall, Cardiff International Arena, Cardiff Museum, Cardiff Castle, shopping centre, civic centre, Cardiff University and close to the Cardiff Bay development.
Room Information : All of our rooms are tastefully appointed and have en suites (showers no baths).
Hotel Information : The ML Lodge is a family-run business with good service and a friendly atmosphere.
