Region Information : Being in the hub of the gothic area, the apartments are surrounded by original tapas bars, restaurants and late-night drinking spots and is perfect for those who want to be in the heart of the action both culturally and socially. Five minutes walk from La Rambla and the cafes, restaurants and art galleries of the gothic area, Correu Vell is perfectly located in the center of town.
Cancelation Policy : Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.

Once you let us know your arrival time, we will prepare the check in, and provide you with the telephone number you should call upon arrival. There is a EUR 30 extra charge for late arrivals (from 21:00 till max. 24.00 hours)

Food & Beverages : Having conserved the original structure of building during the complete rehabilitation of the building (2005). We blended the historical facade with a modern interior. All thought of for your comfort and enjoyment.
Room Information : Five fully equipped apartments in the center which have been newly renovated and designed to reflect the modern tastes of Barcelona.
The price of the apartment includes a towel and sheet changes every 4
days. Supplement applicable for more frequent changes.
Attention. As the building is a Gothic monument, there is No lift and the stairs are narrow. We suggest to bring soft baggage.
