The NH Gent Hotel disposes of 3 meeting rooms that can host up to 80 persons in theatre style. All of the meeting rooms have natural light and audio visual equipment at your disposal.
Lunch and dinner can be arranged for groups and during seminars. The Cotton City Bar offers snacks throughout the day.
Food & Beverages : Full American breakfast is served Monday - Friday from 07.00 - 10.30.
During weekends breakfast is from 07.30 AM - 11.00.
Our Cotton City bar offers a cosy atmosphere where you can enjoy a variety of small snacks (including a wide choice of paninis). You can try out some of the famous Belgian Trappist beers. The bar is open from 10.00 - 24.00.
Cancelation Policy : Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 11 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years are charged EUR 25.00 per night and person for cots.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 25.00 per night and person for extra beds.
